- We would like to film voxpops in Liverpool but due to the public notice we changed and filmed in Liscard and Birkenhead.
- We have confirmed one interview with a chip shop owned over the phone. Panos Aristo was pleased to conduct the interview, as a group we arranged where we would film the interview and decided inside the chip shop would suit well.
We contacted a Chinese lady, Kit Chan, who was happy to get involved with the making of our documentary and we arranged a time and date to visit and interview her about the chinese food she cooks at home.- We arranged an interview with the owner of a seafront cafe through a shop nearby. He was glad to help and we arranged a date and time for the interview.
- We have been and are continuing to collect many takeaway menus to film for cutaways from the interviews.
